Vertex is a leading Polish manufacturer, with a strong presence abroad. Acquisition of Vertex is a part of Wistil Group diversification process. Through acquisition of Vertex, Wistil Group has added yet another brand to its home d\u00e9cor portfolio, including such well-renown brands as Lubiana and Polskie Fabryki Porcelany \u201c\u0106miel\u00f3w\u201d and \u201cChodzie\u017c\u201d.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our services to Wistil Invest, among others, included comprehensive legal due diligence and negotiations of the share purchase agreement. The RJ &amp; Partners team on the transaction was led by Micha\u0142 Kubicz and Ma\u0142gorzata Wojtkiewicz-Kabut. Wistil Group was also advised by Haitong Bank Warsaw and CSWP Tax Advisors.
