The RJ Partners law firm was founded in 2014 in response to the needs of clients seeking high-quality legal advice from attorneys with many years of business experience, who are familiar with working in an international environment and with clients from various legal cultures. The law firm was founded by two legal advisors, Robert Jędrzejczyk and Michał Kubicz, who have been working together for nearly twenty years. In 2023, Alicja Lidzińska joined the firm as a partner. The firm’s team consists of a group of legal advisors, legal advisor trainees, and attorney trainees, supported by junior lawyers. The managing partner of the law firm is Robert Jędrzejczyk, who from 1999 to 2014 was a partner at the international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, operating in Poland as Tokarczuk, Jędrzejczyk i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawna GLN Sp.k.
